Independent vs legacy media
Our generation gives very little attention to legacy media, but you probably saw this: Tucker Carlson is parting ways from Fox News, and Don Lemon was let go from CNN.
These are probably some of (if not the) last two faces you guys recognize from cable news.
Additionally, Trevor Noah left The Daily Show a few months ago, who has a more comedic take on the news cycle.
So now we're just waiting on the podcasts, YouTube channels, or whatever.
Though independent media is something digital natives have grown up with and known to be the wave – it seems like the takeover is going to become far more intergenerational here soon.
