I can’t see younger gens being doctors

This is probably a hot take, but I want people's input. Think of the profession of a doctor or physician in its current form. I believe that younger generations will not be able to sustain this career in the future. 

Two reasons. First is more personal. Second is more data-driven. But let's get into it.
