Another big test for work culture
So this was fake, but this is real.
The UK is running a four-day work week pilot with thirty companies that will start in June and run until the end of the year.
And no, it's not four ten-hour days. It's four eight-hour days – for a grand total of thirty-two hours per week.
Though the workweek will be twenty percent shorter, employee benefits and pay will remain unchanged.
So what's the catch?
